Our Purchase Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free purchasing of your tickets using our online ticketing system. No Refunds or Exchanges

In accordance with our policy Mumbaibuzz.com will not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased on our website. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time, seating and location of the event you wish to see.

At the time of your order, Mumbaibuzz.com will remove the number of tickets you purchase from the theater's inventory, reducing the number of seats available for the chosen show time. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed seats, it prevents Mumbaibuzz.com from reselling tickets in the event that you do not attend your chosen show time.

Any refund or exchange is at the discretion of event management organization, in this case Marathi Vishwa of New Jersey, USA.

Picking Up Your Tickets

Please read your online confirmation page carefully, as it provides you with important information about your tickets. The email you receive will be the ticket proof of your purchase. Please remember to bring your email confirmation page to the theatre. If you can't print or don't have a printer, please take a note of your confirmation / transaction number and bring it with you to the event. This number will be in the email confirmation you will receive after a successful transaction is made.

Payment Methods

Mumbaibuzz.com accepts payments thru PayPal only. It is not necessary to have your own PayPal account. All transactions will require either a major credit card or a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Mumbaibuzz.com does not store and/or retain your credit card and/or PayPal account information.

Change in Event Timings and /or Cancellation of the event

Mumbaibuzz.com reserves right to either change or cancel the event, without any prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of Mumbaibuzz.com.
